So so so grateful to be able to present my research at the ESA 110th annual meeting! Being accepted for an oral presentation was such a delightful surprise and a FIRST for me [I know I know]. It started out as a shot in the dark that came to light. I’m always grateful to my advisor @educationisinclusion for pushing me to believe in myself and my work.

![MAJOR MILESTONE ALERT 🥹⚠️
This project has been one of [if not…THEE] BIGGEST undertaking of my life! I’ve DIY’d many things, but never in MY LIFE did I think I would DIY virtual reality modules as part of my dissertation 🤣 I’m still in the testing phase to optimize performance but man oh man, I am sooo happy to reach this checkpoint! These modules [official name TBA 😉] will be hopefully 🤞🏾 be used as an inclusive educational & training tool for undergraduates. I am so so so excited to share what I’ve been doing this whole time 🥹🥹

![Every day I wake up sore like I did a workout and I just realized it’s because I walk up and down 3+ flights of stairs 3-5 days a week checking on my babies 😭😭😭
I’m looking through this black tarp-canvas-thing bcuz my kids are nocturnal feeders. So I utilize these black curtains [thank you to whoever put them there] to make it as dark as I can control so they feel comfortable feeding.
Update: they’re sick 😭😭😭😭😭 One or a few them had a bacterial infection that I didn’t catch in the beginning and my system has been cycling that water through all the tanks🥲 After literature investigating, what I think they have doesn’t have a foolproof cure 🥲🥲. So I treated them with what was available to me. My babies are quarantining right now. This was me checking on them before I left for the day
